1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging MAX SOLUTION LLC for any digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
MAX SOLUTION LLC provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:
- Social Media Management (content creation, posting, and engagement)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for local and organic rankings
- Google Business Profile (GMB / Google Maps) optimization and management
The specific scope of services will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
3. Payment Terms
- All services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment is due at the beginning of each service month.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as agreed.
- Late payments may result in a temporary pause of services.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to the client.
4. No Guaranteed Results Disclaimer
MAX SOLUTION LLC does not guarantee specific results including, but not limited to, specific ranking positions, follower counts, engagement rates, revenue increases, or lead volume.
Digital marketing results depend on many factors including competition, market conditions, algorithm changes, and the nature of the client's business. While we commit to providing professional, quality services and applying proven best practices, no specific outcome is guaranteed.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Either party may cancel services with 30 days' written notice.
- Notice must be sent via email to maxsolutionllc.official@gmail.com.
- Services will continue through the end of the current billing period for which payment has been received.
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
- Upon cancellation, all client assets (social media logins, access credentials) will be returned within 5 business days.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and timely access to accounts when needed
- Review and approve content when requested within a reasonable timeframe
- Not hold MAX SOLUTION LLC responsible for actions taken based on our recommendations
7. Intellectual Property
Content created by MAX SOLUTION LLC on behalf of the client becomes the property of the client upon full payment for that service period.
8. Limitation of Liability
MAX SOLUTION LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the current service month.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
